Payment Information

When you enroll your child in one class, your initial investment of $105 is debited upon enrollment.

This covers your child’s first class AND their $30 Membership Fee.

After that, we make things simple by splitting the remaining investment into ten (10) equal payments of $75.

Expressions in Rhythm Studio strongly encourages families to use ACH (bank draft) to their Member Portal. This helps ensure uninterrupted payments if a card expires, is lost, or needs to be closed unexpectedly. While not required, this option can help avoid missed payments and late fees. Bank information is securely stored and can be updated anytime. Credit cards are subject to a 3% processing fee, which reflects the cost of merchant transaction processing. Payment is required to hold your child’s space in any class.

Tuition is posted to your EIR Studio account on the 25th of each month. Tuition is auto-drafted from the credit or debit card you have on file on the 1st day of each month. It is each family's responsibility to ensure that payment methods are current and that sufficient funds are available at the time of each draft. Once drafted, tuition is non-refundable.

Referral Rewards Program Guidelines:

Referral credits are issued at $30.00 per referral, per enrollment, and are applied after the referred Expresser completes one full month of classes. Credits are applied to the referring family’s account and are non-transferable.
Only referrals that convert to new, enrolled Expressers referred by current clients/Expressers will qualify for the program reward.
A new Expresser would be considered one who has not previously been enrolled for a class or classes during the Performance or Summer Season.
Your name must be entered on the “How Did You Hear About Us” or “Referred By” line of the enrollment form at the time of enrollment to qualify for program rewards.
If multiple names appear on a new client’s “How Did You Hear About Us” or “Referred By” line of their enrollment form, only the first-listed name will qualify for the program reward.
If you have already enrolled and paid for your current term tuition prior to a confirmed referral, your EIR Studio credits will be applied to your tuition for the upcoming season.
Award redemption applies only to class tuition and cannot be combined with any other offer or scholarship agreement. In no circumstance will cash/check be distributed to the referrer or new client under the terms of this program.
Awards are non-transferrable.
Effective only upon new client’s completed enrollment. If the initial investment is declined, the referral is voided.
Once the above is completed, both current client and new client will receive a Referral Program confirmation email.
