The Expressions in Rhythm Studio Performance Company (also known as PerCo) is all about teamwork, confidence, the ability to perform under pressure, and bringing amazing concepts created by the EIR Studio Team to the audience.

Green Level: PerCo Performances Orange Level: PerCo PLUS

Class level placement takes place at the Performance Company auditions. Instructors evaluate technique during auditions. Based on the technical skills at the auditions, we will place Performance Company members in the appropriate class level. 


We offer a Dance Company Option (PerCo PLUS) for dedicated dancers looking to elevate their performance experiences. 


Participation in this option includes:

  • The opportunity to participate in group line performances for production-level Dance Company performances.
  • Enhanced choreography and artistic expression training.
  • Additional rehearsals to prepare for high-caliber productions.


Eligibility:

  • Performance Team members are eligible to participate in Dance Company opportunities.
  • Selection is based on commitment, skill level, and availability.

PerCo Tuition and Fees FYI

PerCo Performance Season Fee: Begins at $50 (Due August 1st)


Membership Fee:  $95

Tuition:  3 classes - $215, 4 classes - $245, 5 classes - $305

  • PerCo performs at exciting local and community events across the Triangle. It’s an incredible way for young performers to gain real-world experience, boost their confidence, and be part of something truly special. 
  • Being a part of the Performance Company means being an amazing teammate, inspired by confidence by making memories with friends through a great work ethic and a greater commitment!
  • EIRSDC tuition is drafted on the 1st (first) of each month. Costume and PerCo fees are auto drafted separately from the tuition fees. Tuition payments, costume payments & competition fees are non-refundable. There are no refunds for classes missed due to your own absences. Make-up classes are offered when the Studio closes due to inclement weather. The annual performance season is based on a performance season rate, not per class.

PerCo Payment Options

Option 1: Pay Dance Company Monthly Tuition with the Automatic Payment Plan. Tuition will be automatically debited or charged from your choice of debit or credit card on the first day of each month from September through June. This is the only method of paying monthly.


Option 2: Pay Dance Company Tuition by the Session. Only 2 payments. Investment is based upon 11 months and is divided into 2 equal payments. FALL Session & SPRING Session. The Fall Session payment is due upon acceptance into the EIRSDC. Spring Session is due by January 1, 2027. 


Option 3: Dance Company investment is paid full for the performance season by July 31st.
