Sponsor an Expresser Program

Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose
   The Sponsor an Expresser Program is designed to provide financial assistance to eligible Expressers who demonstrate a need for support in continuing their participation at EIR Studio. 
2. Voluntary Contributions
   All sponsorships are voluntary and are considered charitable gifts to support the mission of EIR Studio. Sponsorships do not establish a relationship between the sponsor and the recipient. 
3. Use of Funds
   Sponsored funds may be applied toward tuition, membership fees, costumes, performance fees, or other approved studio-related expenses at the discretion of EIR Studio. 
4. Recipient Selection
   Recipients are selected solely by EIR Studio based on established eligibility criteria. Sponsor requests to designate a specific recipient cannot be guaranteed. 
5. Non-Refundable
   All sponsorship contributions are final and non-refundable. 
6. No Guarantee of Continued Enrollment
   Receiving sponsorship assistance does not guarantee continued enrollment or participation. All recipients must continue to meet EIR Studio's policies and participation requirements. 
7. Privacy
   To protect the privacy of our families, recipient identities and financial circumstances will remain confidential unless the family provides written consent. 
8. Program Changes
   EIR Studio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Sponsor an Expresser Program at any time.

1. Purpose
   The Sponsor My Costume Fundraiser allows Expressers to raise funds toward the cost of their performance costume(s) through donations from family, friends, and supporters. 
2. Eligible Expenses
   Funds raised may only be applied to the Expresser's costume balance for the current performance season. Funds cannot be applied toward tuition, competition fees, or other studio expenses unless approved by EIR Studio. 
3. Non-Refundable Donations
   All donations are voluntary, final, and non-refundable. 
4. No Cash Value
   Donations have no cash value and cannot be redeemed or transferred to another student, family, or season. 
5. Excess Funds
   If donations exceed the student's costume balance, the remaining funds may, at EIR Studio's discretion: Be applied to another approved studio expense for the Expresser during the current season, or Be transferred to the Sponsor an Expresser Program to assist another family. 
6. Withdrawals
   If an Expresser withdraws before costumes are ordered, any donated funds remain with EIR Studio and may be redirected to the Sponsor an Expresser Program or another approved student assistance initiative. 
7. Costume Orders
   Meeting or exceeding fundraising goals does not change established costume ordering deadlines. Families remain responsible for ensuring all required forms and deadlines are met. 
8. Privacy
   Donation amounts and donor information will be handled respectfully and may remain confidential unless permission is granted for public recognition.
